The lab space entails three units with a total of ~1500sqft with three phase power, four 20 amp circuits with 110V single phase, and water. 

We have a small machine shop with a drill press, 9” lathe, dremel, hand tools, vacuum clean area, electronics fab area, computer control room. 

In close proximity there are many machine shops and metal works, CNC lathes and mills, water-cutters, and welders.  

We currently have offices in a unit next to the lab, with high speed internet and phone connection.

We have a good number of hours allocated to us on two of the world's fastest supercomputers at the National Energy Research Scientific Computing center at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab.  This resource allows us to run the world's most capable fusion plasma codes (including e.g. NIMROD).  In house we run various other computer codes.
